DMAT (Digital Master Test) is a standardised, computer-based exam introduced by APS India and conducted by g.a.s.t. — the same body behind TestAS — for Indian students applying to Master's programmes in Germany from the Summer Semester 2027 intake onward.
Our mock tests evaluate applied reasoning and problem-solving speed rather than rote academic recall. Because there are no official past papers, most generic prep material online is repurposed GRE/GMAT content — which is exactly why structured DMAT recording classes, targeted practice sets, and realistic DMAT mock tests matter so much.
Computer-based DMAT exam format.
75 seconds per question.
Tests logic, not memorised content.
No pass/fail cut-off.
Understanding the DMAT exam pattern is the first step before starting any DMAT online course. The test combines general aptitude with stream-specific application — exactly what our DMAT practice sets and DMAT recording classes are built around.
General reasoning tasks + Subject-specific stream tasks, now combined in our unified DMAT practice sets
Roughly 3.5 hours, including a scheduled break
~75 seconds per question
No pass/fail cut-off — percentile-based DMAT score report
Our DMAT practice sets now bring together everything you need in a single, unified module — general reasoning practice and stream-specific Subject questions — so you no longer prepare from two separate places.
This is the core of our DMAT preparation system and pairs directly with our DMAT recording classes and DMAT mock test series.
Every DMAT practice set comes with low, medium, and high difficulty levels — one continuous DMAT online course journey, no switching between separate Core and Subject sections.
Get crystal-clear conceptual understanding before diving into timed tests. Our video masterclass breaks down complex DMAT reasoning and Subject-stream topics with step-by-step worked examples, shortcut techniques, and proven timing strategies.
Convert your conceptual knowledge into exam-ready speed. Our massive question bank is structured into highly targeted practice sets, allowing you to drill specific task types repeatedly until you achieve 100% accuracy under pressure.
Experience the real DMAT before test day. Our full-length mock tests simulate the exact 3.5-hour exam environment, combining core reasoning and your specific stream questions under the strict 75-seconds-per-question limit.
For students who want end-to-end DMAT preparation without piecing together separate resources, the DMAT complete package bundles everything: DMAT video masterclass, full DMAT practice sets, and unlimited DMAT mock tests — at a better combined price than buying each separately.
Use DMAT recording classes to learn instructions and task logic cold.
Scratch notes aren't allowed in the DMAT exam.
Use DMAT practice sets to fix weak task types before timing pressure.
Take at least two full DMAT mock tests to internalise the 3.5-hour pattern.
Review reports after every DMAT practice test and mock test.
The DMAT complete package sequences all three stages automatically.
